Trim (Irish language: Baile Átha Troim), is the capital of County Meath in Ireland, local government is located in Navan. Elevation 60m, located on the River Boyne. The town was one of the most important English settlement in the Middle Ages. In the 15th century, the anglo-norman parliament met in Trim. The Duke of Wellington was born in the vicinity, a large column remains to this day near the centre of the town as a monument. Trim Castle is a famous historical site and was used as a prop in the film Braveheart.
