Lisburn is a city in County Antrim, Northern Ireland, with a population of about 110,000. The town is predominantly unionist, but has a number of nationalist communities.

Negotiations preceding the American War of Independence between Ben Franklin and Lord Hillsborough took place at the parish of Hillsborough in Lisburn. It was made a city in 2002, as part of the Queen's Golden Jubilee celebrations.

In elections for the Westminster Parliament it is split between the Lagan Valley constituency and the West Belfast constituency.
