WikiProject Games
This WikiProject aims primarily to provide guidelines as to what content belongs in an article about a game, and how to structure that information.
Each game will have a page, as well a broad categories of games, such as Card games. Each category will have either an internal list of games of the type, or a link to an external link to such a list.
The parent of this WikiProject is the WikiProject Leisure.
The descendant WikiProjects are WikiProject Chess, WikiProject Computer and Video Games and WikiProject Arcade Games.
The similar WikiProjects include the WikiProject Sports.

Games can be classified into Board Games, Card Games, Word Games, Role Playing Games, War Games, Strategy Games, Casino Games, Parlor Games, and others. Each game can be listed in one or more classifications.
