This is a proposed policy. Please see the talk page for details
User pages and user subpages that are nominated for deletion by anyone other than the owner should be listed in Ireland Information Guide:Requests for comment#user subpages. Procedures are similar to those for user conduct disputes, and require two nominators. They must be followed or the listing will be simply removed.
A far better solution is for the user to list the page themselves on speedy deletions. Both nominators should suggest this politely to the user. User pages and user subpages are not to be listed on VfD and again will be simply removed.
Try to arrive at an amicable solution. Listing on RfC is an escalation. On the other hand, if the situation is clearly that the page should be deleted and the user refuses to list the page, the sooner this is done the sooner the issue will be resolved, and we can all move on.
Reasons for listing user pages and subpages include:
See also Ireland Information Guide:User page#What should I avoid? and Ireland Information Guide:User page#Removal.
See Ireland Information Guide:Requests for comment#User pages and subpages.
(Which is temporarily at Ireland Information Guide talk:Deletion of user subpages#User pages and subpages.)
If after five days of voting (measured from the time the listing received its second endorsement and was been moved from Candidate pages to the Approved pages section) there is a consensus to delete, the page may be deleted by any sysop other than the two endorsers, that is to say a minimum of three people must be involved in all. The subpage containing the discussion is retained as an archive, with the decision and action noted at the bottom of the page.
