PLEASE add a title to an external link by supplying a text after the URL separated by a space, preferably the official title of the site, or if no official title exists the clearest title you can come up with.
Most URLs are ugly and uninformative, so it is better to give an external link a meaningful title. For example,

If the page lists 2 or 3 terms, but the last is likely to be off-screen, add a TOC to the top of the page, so that someone arriving at the page will know that there are other definitions available.
With __FORCETOC__ or __TOC__ in the wikitext a TOC is added even if the page has less than four headings.
The TOC is put before the first section header, or in the case of __TOC__, at the position of this code.
