Bairbre de Brún is a nationalist politician in Northern Ireland. Following the 2004 European elections, she is Sinn Féin's first member of the European Parliament in Northern Ireland.
In the European Parliament, she sits with the European United Left - Nordic Green Left.
She is also a member of the currently-suspended Northern Ireland Assembly, in one of the seats for West Belfast.
