The American Embassy in Dublin, Ireland was designed by American architect, John MacL. Johansen, in consultation with Irish archtitect, Michael Scott. It was constructed between 1962 and 1964 on a triangular site at Elgin road, Ballsbridge, Dublin.

  • Circular in plan, it incorporates modern interpretations of early Celtic monuments with contemporary American design.
